Ramadan in Morocco
During Ramadan, many cafés and restaurants close in daylight, and life moves to the evening, when streets fill for iftar meals. Tourist restaurants and riads still serve visitors. Be respectful by not eating or drinking openly in the street during the day. The dates move about 11 days earlier each year.
Before you go
- Pack layers for desert nights.
